WOMO Lighting is an international company with a global presence. Our products are shipped from various global warehouses, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to our customers. Our registered office is located in Hong Kong.
Order and Payment
What should I do if I want to place an order?
Shopping at Womolighting is easy and secure. Follow these steps:
- Browse our collections and select your desired items.
- Add the products to your cart and apply the discount code.
- Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and choose your payment method.
- Confirm your order and await the tracking number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of confirmation. Please contact our customer service by email at contact@womolighting.es as soon as possible. After this period, your order may have already been processed and cannot be modified.
What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept the following payment methods:

How to use discount codes?
All available discount codes appear on each product page. If a code is applicable, it will be automatically added to your cart. Please remove any codes already displayed on each item before applying a new one.
How can I check the status of my order?
Check your account to see if a tracking number has been assigned to you. If a long code appears in the tracking field, your order has been shipped. If no tracking number is available, your order is in process.
Shipping and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Most orders are received within 4 to 6 weeks.
- Delivery is free for all orders.
- Delivery times are managed by Royal Mail or UPS. Orders are generally received within 28 to 60 days from the order date (home delivery, no customs fees).
United Arab Emirates / Bahrain / Kuwait: China-Middle East express delivery by air or sea (10 to 35 days).
Russia: China-Russia express delivery (10 to 30 days).

How can I track my order?
To check the status of your order, go to https://womolighting.es/apps/17TRACK or click on "Track your order" at the bottom of any page. Enter your email and order number (e.g., No. 4150) to see the latest updates.
Why haven't I received an email about my order's delivery?
After placing your order, it takes 7 to 10 business days for preparation. This period allows us to verify the accuracy of your order. For handmade and customized products, an additional 7 to 10 days are required. This processing time does not include the delivery time.
We will inform you by email after shipment or in case of delay. Please ensure you are using the correct inbox and check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email fifteen days after placing the order, contact our customer service via chat or email.
Why hasn't my delivery information been updated?
It may take some time for the information to be updated. If your package is coming from our international warehouses, is in transit, or undergoing customs clearance, the data will only be updated when it reaches the next stage of delivery. It may also happen that the carrier does not update the tracking information in time. We will do our best to update it for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance.
I still haven't received my package. Where is my order?
Your estimated delivery date includes processing time and shipping time. Please wait until that date to receive your order. See the "Delivery Information" page for more details. You can track your order using the tracking service: log in to your account and click "Track my order details" in the "My Orders" section.
If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your order, contact our customer service via chat or email for assistance.
Why does my package status say "delivered" if I haven't received it?
It is possible that your package was left in the mailbox or received by neighbors. We recommend checking your mailbox and asking your neighbors. You can also contact the carrier by providing your tracking number and identification.
To get your tracking number, click "Track my order" in the "My Orders" section. If you still cannot find the package, contact our customer service via chat or email.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want your purchase at womolighting to be completely satisfactory. If it is not, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

What if I received a wrong / defective / stained item?
We want to immediately resolve any issues related to incorrect, defective, or stained items. As soon as you discover such an item, contact our customer service providing:
- the order number;
- the item name or reference, or photos;
- a description of the problem and clear photos.
We will respond as soon as possible.
How can I return items?
We are sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the items received, and we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the package.
Send your return request to our email: contact@womolighting.es, stating the reason.
Once the return is approved, our customer service will provide you with the return address (not the delivery address). Please return the item to that address as soon as possible and send us the tracking number. Items must be returned unused.
Note:
- We reserve the right not to issue a refund if your request is not approved or if the items are returned in an unacceptable condition.
- Ensure that the package is intact and in its original packaging.
How long does it take to process a return?
As soon as we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and inform you of the acceptance or denial of your refund. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 days and will be issued through your original payment method.
Customization and Wholesale Orders
Can I request a custom design?
Yes, WOMO Lighting offers customization services for some products. If you wish to customize a luminaire, please contact us and provide your specifications. We will work with you to create a design that suits your needs.
Do you offer discounts for group or professional orders?

What specific custom services do you offer?
Yes, we can customize the tube and cable length.
- Ceiling lights with multiple arms of different colors and shapes.
