We want you to love your purchase from womolighting! If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible via email: contact@womolighting.es. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed, and changes may not be possible.

- The item name, SKU number, or photos
- A description of the problem and some clear photos
