We do our best to offer you optimal shipping and delivery service. We usually ship your orders from China by air. Please note that air transport is not a fixed method; we will choose the most suitable means of transport based on your delivery address, the volume and weight of the goods, as well as other factors.
Shipping costs:
Standard shipping (10 to 18 business days): free.
Shipping tips:
We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) and PayPal payments.
Although prices may be displayed in different currencies, orders will be processed in US dollars by default.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is authorized and verified. The preparation of your order will begin immediately after verification.
You will receive a tracking confirmation email to monitor the status of your order within 3 to 5 business days after it has been fully processed.
Delivery:
This method is adapted for orders placed in France. This strategy aims to clearly inform you about our transportation systems and modalities. By making a purchase in this store, you accept the following conditions.

Delivery time is divided into two parts:
Order processing time:
Approximately 1 to 4 business days. This is the time between the customer placing the order and it being sent to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 1 to 4 business days after confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be delayed. Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday during normal business hours, except holidays. In such a case, we do our best to minimize shipping delays.
Delivery time:
Approximately 10 to 18 business days. The order cutoff is 5:00 PM (Pacific time). After this time, orders received on the same day will not be processed. The total delivery time, from receipt of the order, is generally 11 to 22 business days. This period may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs checks, adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc. Our products are shipped by UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Order tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email notification.
If your order has just been shipped, please allow 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.
If your order is already in transit and has not been updated for several days, tracking will generally update as soon as the package reaches the next stage of its route (this can take 3 to 7 business days). Thank you for your patience.

Address modification:
Once the package has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address of your order, please contact us by email at contact@womolighting.es. or through our online chat within 24 hours of your order.
Delivery delay:
Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs checks, adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc. If your order is delayed, please contact us by email at contact@womolighting.es. We will check the situation with the carrier as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order cancellation:
All orders placed on our website can be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us promptly, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method.
However, we regret that we cannot cancel orders already in transit or processed.
Taxes:
You will not be charged any additional fees once your order is validated. In some cases, VAT or other taxes, customs duties, or fees may be applied by your destination country. However, in our experience, this situation is very rare.
If you have questions about taxes, you can inquire about your country's customs regulations. We are at your disposal for any assistance.
Missing items:
We apologize if an order is held at customs, returned, or lost during delivery. Please contact our customer service at contact@womolighting.es. for any refund or replacement request.
