Returns and refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To request a return and exchange


  1. Your light fixture must be in the same condition that you received it.
  2. The light fixture must be unused.
  3. The return must include all items that came in the original packaging.
  4. All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  5. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  6. Items returned within 30 days will be refunded via the original payment method.

General return procedure


  1. Initiate a return

    You must send an email to contact@womolighting.es, stating your order number, the quantity of items, the reason for the return, as well as photos of the opened or closed packaging (with the security seal) for verification, and any other requests. Your return request will be processed within 3 business days.

  2. Return the item

    Once the return is approved, we will email you the return address and packaging instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend choosing a carrier that offers tracking and a signature upon receipt, as we are not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

  3. Receipt and verification of your order

    Processing your inspection request will take 1 to 2 weeks. Once your return is received and the inspection is complete, you will be informed of the outcome of the assessment of your refund request.

  4. Refund

    We will process the refund to your payment account once approved. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.


If you paid by bank card, we will refund you to that same card as soon as we receive the return. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

If you paid with PayPal, we will refund you to your PayPal account as soon as we receive the return. The refund will take approximately 1 to 3 business days.

Returns for any reason 10% of the actual payment amount Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Please note that 10% of the initial payment amount corresponds to the order amount minus service, packaging, and shipping costs. This means you will receive a refund of 90% of the initial payment amount.

Order cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us at contact@womolighting.es for instructions and assistance. Processing your request will take some time. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Non-returnable items

We will not accept returns in the following situations:

1. Insufficient required information, such as proof of purchase.
2. Outside the 30-day return period after receipt.
3. Clearance item or marked as "non-returnable" on the sales page.
4. Assembled.
5. Scratched or damaged due to incorrect unpacking, installation, or cleaning by the user.
6. Damaged by misuse, negligence, intent, or accidents.
7. Amount exceeding 3,000 EUR.


Damaged items delivered


Please inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 15 days of product receipt) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This way we can evaluate the problem and resolve it by replacing the defective parts or the light fixture, depending on the situation. Please note that photos and/or videos are essential for our team to assess the issues and offer you the best possible solution. If you wish to return the light fixture, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. We will send you replacement items free of charge, provided we receive high-quality photos and/or videos showing the defects.

Refund for undelivered items


  1. If you have not received your package within 60 business days, you can request a full refund after contacting us by email. If the customer requests a new shipment due to an incorrect address provided by them, WOMO will not be responsible for reshipment costs.
  2. The refund will be denied if you do not declare that you have not received the package, even if the carrier has recorded delivery. However, we can help you obtain compensation from the carrier by providing you with relevant information.
  3. We do not refund packages lost during transit, but we will send you a new replacement package.

One-year warranty


All our products come with a one-year warranty. For any manufacturing defects during this period, please contact us at contact@womolighting.es. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. WOMO LIGHTING reserves the right to request proof (photos and/or videos) of defective parts and replace them at its discretion. Only a single incident is covered.
